Ordered a bunch of hoodies for our club, it all went smoothly. I was mostly paying attention to whether the sizes were right and if the delivery showed up on time, and both were spot on. I had one quick question along the way, and they got back to me fast. No complaints.

"Still a brand I trust"
I’ve ordered from Banana Moon a few times now, i’ve never had any issues. What more can you really ask for? The sizing has been pretty much spot on for me, and my parcels have arrived when they said they would. The quality has held up well after washing too, which is probably why I keep coming back. When something works, why overthink it?

"Easy to keep track of my order"
I got regular emails about my order and delivery, so I always had a clear idea of what was going on. Everything was easy to follow and I never felt like I had to chase anyone for updates, which was really nice. Overall, I had a good experience with Banana Moon and I’d happily order from them again

"Really pleased with how fast it arrived"
I ordered a swimsuit and was surprised by how quickly it showed up, I think it only took about 2 or 3 days. The tracking was easy enough to follow too, which was reassuring. The parcel box was a little bashed when it arrived, so I’d knock off one star for that, but the swimsuit itself was perfectly fine. Overall, I’m really happy with the order.

"Still looks good after loads of washes"
I bought a hoodie and a t-shirt from Banana Moon and held off reviewing for a little while because I wanted to see how they actually did after a few washes, not just straight out of the parcel.

So far, I’m really happy with both. They’ve been in the washing machine loads of times now, and the print still looks clean with no cracking or fading, even around the edges of the design. The hoodie has kept its shape too, with no odd shrinking or baggy sleeves. They feel nicely made and not thin or flimsy, so I’d definitely order again

"Easy site, just bad timing on my part"
The website was really easy to use and didn’t feel confusing at all. I found the swimwear section quickly, and the filters made it simple to narrow things down by size and colour. Checkout was smooth too, without any annoying extra steps. the only issue was my own bad timing because I wish I’d looked sooner before a few options were gone, but overall it was a really easy shopping experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much swimwear and holiday stuff there was to choose from. I found a few styles I liked quickly, which made it all easy enough. A couple of items weren’t quite my usual taste, but that’s no big deal with this much choice. I’d happily use them again

"Really easy to customise my hoodie"
I used Banana Moon to make a custom hoodie and it was really straightforward. Uploading my logo was easy, and I could move it around without getting stuck or confused.
The colours looked close to what I had in mind, and the preview was really useful for checking everything before ordering. I only had to adjust the size once, but it was simple to fix. I’d happily use it again.
